In our work together, I coach caregivers in real time and tailor the pace of treatment to your family’s needs. The goal is to create lasting improvements in your child’s behavior and your confidence as a parent or caregiver.

Yes. I welcome parents, grandparents, foster parents, and other caregivers who play an important role in a child’s life. Caregiver support can be especially helpful when everyone is working toward the same goal of helping a child feel more secure, regulated, and understood.

I support children and families with a range of early childhood concerns, including tantrums, aggression, defiance, separation anxiety, big emotions, difficulty with transitions, parent-child conflict, and trouble with listening or following directions. I also help families who want support with feeling identification, emotional regulation, and strengthening their relationship at home.
